I finally had a chance to stop in today. I’ve never had a vegan pastry before, and although I admit that I was a wee bit skeptical about how good they could be, I am really happy to say that my fears were completely unfounded. I tried 4 different pastries and each one was EXCEPTIONALLY good. Really moist, really tender, and super flavorful. Can’t wait to try the sausage rolls next. I’ll go back again and again!

Being very sensitive to gluten I am always on the lookout for a good place to eat. I heard about Carina’s from a friend. I tried the chocolate cinnamon crinkle cookies. Yum!!! The ginger scones are very good. The cardomon orange shortbread very good. My husband had the vegan Scandinavian sausage roll and said it was a definite do over. High praise from him. The coffee was also very good. Overall, I give it 2 thumbs up!

Delicious pastries. Great service. Such a unique place and it’s a gem of Beaverton. Such great variety. The carrot lox, almond cake, coconut shortbread, yum yum yum. Can’t believe it’s vegan!
